This corporate office meets the needs of the modern worker through flexibility, equity, and holistic support for individual wellness. Informed by current research, this design reacts to the rising expectations that employees have for their workplace following the Covid-19 pandemic.

8th floor is designated for active areas, whilst primary workstations and offices reside on the 7th floor. There is an emphasis on access to light and views throughout the building. A fitness room give employees the opportunity to take breaks and move their body throughout the day, increasing employee health and the general moral in the office.
